The carburetted Vulcan 1500 Nomad is a touring V-twin cruiser built on the Vulcan 1500 Classic platform. It has hard saddlebags with removable liners, an adjustable windshield and rear passenger floorboards. The carburettors are heated by engine coolant for better cold-weather throttle response, and the engine uses automatic cam-chain tensioners and hydraulic valve adjusters to reduce maintenance.
